The Quadratic Formula
The Quadratic Formula is a method for solving quadratic equations.

In an equation in quadratic form, "a" is the first coefficient, "b" is the second coefficient, and "c" is the third coefficient.

Let's solve for the roots of the quadratic equation above.

Here, we use the quadratic equation to solve for x. The quadratic equation allows us to solve for more complicated roots:
